Founded In 2010 by Clifvonta Sands and Jiterria Lightner Family as a one-truck one-trailer operation. Through determination, dedication to service, and a focus on driver relationships, Sands Trucking & Transportation has experienced tremendous growth and now offers nationwide logistics.
~ With deep roots in Florida Georgia, and a continuing focus on Southeast market we are experts in transporting everything you need delivered in a professional manner.
~ Sands teamed up with Jiterria Lightner in 2014. Jiterria has represented the brand well and conducts business as well as her now deceased grandfather did at the inception of the business. Together they run the company side by side with over 2 decades of combined experience.
~ Currently Sands Trucking & Transportation runs multiple late model tractors, all newer than 2015, and many well cared for dry vans and refrigerated trailers.
~ In 2019 we were proud to be officially recognized as a minority and woman owned business.
